- Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
- Free for children aged 0-5
- Children aged 13+ will be charged the same rate as adults
- Once you activate a pass, it can only be used by that individual. Passes cannot be re-sold or used by more than one person
- Upon collection, you will receive a guide and map detailing all establishments and services offering discounts with your Valencia Tourist Card
- Children aged 0 to 5 travel free on public transport and enter tourist attractions for free or at reduced rates, exempting them from needing a Valencia Tourist Card
- Children up to 5 travel free on EMT buses, up to 6 on suburban trains, and up to 9 on the metro and tram. They also enjoy free or reduced entry to tourist attractions. Additionally, children up to 15 enter municipal museums and monuments for free
- Once activated upon first use, the card cannot be refunded, either partially or in full
- Children must present identity cards or passports for verification purposes
- The physical card activates upon the first use of public transport or at any of the 42 readers. Alternatively, at attractions, validation occurs by writing the card's expiration date with an ink pen
- There are 17 digital kiosks located throughout the city and at the airport where you can collect and top up the Valencia Tourist Card
- This activity is not stroller and wheelchair-accessible
- The voucher is valid for 2 day(s) from the redemption/activation date. It expires at the same redemption/activation time on the last day. (I.e. If the redemption/activation time is at 13:00, it will expire at 13:00 2 day(s) later).
- Present your voucher and exchange it for a physical card
- You can exchange your physical card at the digital kiosks located in the airports and throughout the city every day, 24 hours a day

- The physical card will be activated upon first use
