Pamukkale: Hot Air Balloon Flight with Hotel Pick Up

I am very happy with their service! There was constant communication the whole time we were waiting for updates on flight cancellation (thankfully, ours wasn’t cancelled!). Once flight was confirmed, we were fetched immediatly from the hotel and brought to the flying site. Our basket had less than 20 people, so I really appreicated that because we had ample space to move around and take pictures. Our pilot, Murat Kose, was also very friendly and made the trip very pleasant. I also really appreciate that they complied with my request to get dropped at hierapolis instead of our hotel after the flight. Highly recommend!

The weather was nice so I was able to have a great experience! At first I was scared, but when I went up and looked down at Pamukkale, it was so pretty and I could see it all at once. I highly recommend it!

Everything is perfect. An extraordinary experience

Perfect experience, safe process, the beautiful scenery of Turkish hot air balloon is a must experience in life.

The pick-up time was confirmed at 6:30am the night before, but they didn't pick us up until 7:45am that morning, and there was no communication during the process. We asked at 6:45 but received no response. In addition, the flight route was obviously inferior to that of other companies. It only took off near Pamukkale, circled in place, and landed. The flight routes of other hot air balloons that took off at the same time were lower and passed through Pamukkale, with more diverse landscapes.

There were only two of us, but the operator still arranged for us to sit on two baskets. In addition, the quality of the people traveling with us was very poor and they were completely unwilling to give up a good position to take pictures. 0 points experience
