It was good at first, but our transfer back to Lincoln was a terrible experience. We were told the double-decker bus would arrive at 3:30 PM, 4:30 PM, and 6:30 PM, so we chose 4:30 PM. The bus never showed up. We waited for 2 hours and eventually had to take an Uber back. A complete waste of our time and money. What made it worse was the unhelpful customer service. Very disappointing and unacceptable.
