Food is great! staff are friendly and the serving is really fast. We had blast eating king crabs and it is awesome.
It's worth eating, very fresh and delicious. The private space in the independent room is very good. Although the decoration is not very new, everything is good overall.
Both the service and food quality were satisfying, and the dishes were served efficiently. The 100-minute dining time was more than enough to enjoy the meal at a leisurely pace. Furthermore, the owner's dedication to service was particularly commendable. This is a restaurant worth visiting again!
The king crab legs are really huge! They bring out everything in the first round, and then you can conveniently order anything else you need using the QR code.
Absolutely a terrible experience. The worst review since using klook. The default address of the map jump is nearly two kilometers away from the actual address. We searched for half an hour in the cold wind according to the address. Then we took a taxi according to the text address, and directly deducted 30 minutes of buffet time, leaving 70 minutes. We were asked to leave immediately when the time came. I almost uninstalled klook for this
I had a really bad experience, with too many restrictions. We had to finish the initial crab before we could order more. However, the large crab they gave us at the beginning wasn't good, and we were forced to eat it all or face an extra charge. The snow crab tasted okay, but we were already full from the large crab. The sushi was very stale, some even discolored. The price was not cheap, and I feel ripped off. This is the worst experience I've had using Klook in a long time.
Actually, you don't need an all-you-can-eat reservation, because you'll spend 80 out of 100 minutes cracking crabs and won't be able to eat much. Ordering à la carte is actually more cost-effective. The restaurant itself is very cramped.
Feels like the price-performance ratio is low, and the frozen crab isn't fresh enough. Also, they kept bringing up the 3-hour or 2-hour time limit.
Negative review. The local restaurant clerk failed to confirm that the reserved package had been prepaid, and could not use the qr code as the voucher wrote. After a round of explanations and a phone call from the store clerk, I was able to leave the store after ten minutes of fussing. There is obvious room for improvement.
