• All plans must be booked at least one day in advance; same-day bookings are not accepted.
• All packages can be upgraded to a one-year membership for an additional $10 (original price $20).
• Anti-slip socks must be worn for entry. Please bring your own or purchase them at the ball pit entrance ($15 per pair).
• The primary audience is children under the age of 12 and below 150cm in height.
• To ensure children can play in a safe, happy, and healthy environment, every child must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above.
• We regret that children will not be admitted without adult supervision.
• Parents or guardians must be responsible for the safety and behavior of their children and assume all liability and compensation.
• Our staff will not be responsible for the supervision or care of children.
• Children must use the facilities carefully under the supervision and guidance of a parent or guardian.
• The company assumes no responsibility for injuries to oneself or others caused by a lack of adult supervision or improper use of facilities.
• Parents and guardians are free to move around the play area to supervise their children.
• All facilities in the venue are designed for children; parents must acknowledge and bear the associated risks.
• To ensure the safety of all guests, we reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who may pose a threat of spreading diseases, violence, or any other threat, and we reserve the right to take legal action.
• For hygiene and safety, both children and adults must wear socks at all times (available for purchase at the entrance if needed).
• We recommend participants wear long pants and close-fitting clothing to prevent friction during play.
• To ensure the safety of all participants, if anyone is found running, playing aggressively, bullying, engaging in dangerous behavior, or violating house rules, we will first issue a warning.
• If the situation does not improve, we reserve the right to take action, including requiring the participant to leave without compensation.
• Food and drinks are strictly prohibited.
• Please do not bring valuable, sharp, or dangerous items into the venue to avoid loss or injury to other participants.
• The company will not be held responsible for any loss or theft of personal property within the premises.
• If anyone feels unwell, please notify our staff immediately for assistance.
• Guests are not permitted to enter without the presence and permission of staff.
• Those who enter without authorization, along with their guardians, must bear all responsibility for damages and compensation.
• To ensure sufficient time for registration, ticket holders should arrive 15 minutes before entry; no extra time will be provided for late arrivals.
• Participants must follow staff instructions to leave the venue on time, otherwise an overtime fee will be charged.
• Overtime of less than one session will be charged as a full session.
• A cleaning fee of $2,000 will be charged for any vomiting or toileting accidents within the premises.
• nobi nobi reserves the right of final decision regarding the modification and interpretation of these rules.

Adverse Weather Arrangements 1.If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a Yellow, Red, or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal/Strong Wind Signal No. 3/Gale or Storm Signal No. 8 within three hours before the store opens: the branch will operate as usual.

2.If a Typhoon Signal No. 9 or above is issued before the store opens, the branch will temporarily close, and the promotion will be immediately terminated. However, purchased set meals and tickets will not be refunded.

3.The store will resume operation within 2 hours after all typhoon and black rainstorm warnings are lifted.
