Booking guidelines
- Book at least 7 business day(s) before you intend to receive your rail pass
- The name, country of residence, and passport numbers entered when booking must be an exact match to the passports used when boarding
- This pass is for non-European residents only
- Proof of citizenship can be established by a passport. Proof of residence can be established by government issued residency documents, e.g. visa, residence card
- Your country of residence and passport number will be printed on the pass, so please make sure you fill in the accurate information upon checkout
- If you have resided in country A for over 6 months, but are a passport-holder of country B, you can either fill in A as your country of residence at checkout and provide your passport and proof of residence while on the train, or fill in B as your country of residence at checkout and provide your passport while on the train
Pass eligibility
- Important: Indicate the total number of adults and children aged 0-11 when booking
- Up to 2 children aged 0-11 travel free of charge for every adult with an Adult Pass (not applicable for the Senior Pass)
- If more than 2 children are traveling with 1 adult, a separate Youth Pass must be purchased for each additional child

It is completely unthinkable that Klook will transfer personal information of Hong Kong customers to Mainland China. I ordered a train pass at Klook on December 23, and received a phone call from the courier company on December 26 to notify me to sign a document sent by Shenzhen. The staff of the courier company said that only the Rail Operation was written on the document, and nothing else was written on it. company name. I replied that I have no personal or business dealings with the Shenzhen company, and refused to receive it. The staff member said that since the recipient and the recipient address of the document were correct, they were placed directly in front of me, and it was up to me if they could not open the document. As a result, it turned out to be Klook. The entire ordering process did not mention that the train pass will be sent by Shenzhen. Klook's submission of my information to the mainland of China is very dangerous and does not protect customer privacy.
