Reviews
This mochi and nerikiri experience was phenomenal. I learned about the history around these Japanese sweets, their cultural significance and how their flavor profile changes depending on the season. Also, I was shown how to properly whisk matcha leaves into a tea and drink it with the proper technique. All the while we had great meaningful conversations and could enjoy eating the sweets at the end. I'd highly recommend this activity to all.
It was an informative and fun-packed class! The instructions were easy to follow, and we were all happy with the results. Initially, I thought it was a bit pricey, but considering I was just here once and have a good time without needing to use Google Translate, it was definitely worth it :)
looking at experience offered, considered overpriced, tea ceremony did not feel authentic and professional, preparation of delicacies simplified and nothing special. taste was off as well. not a fun or worthwhile event
