Elite of The Seas 2D1N Cruise: Ha Long Bay & Lan Ha Bay

In Hanoi, I was able to heal in a truly clean nature away from the smoke and noise. All the staff were so kind and the resort facilities were better than a 5-star hotel in Seoul. I was especially satisfied with the balcony decorated as a private space and the stylish and clean bathroom. There is a reason why it is more expensive than other cruises. The food was all delicious and the limousine van I used to go back and forth from Hanoi was so comfortable. I regret not staying 2 nights. I will highly recommend it to people around me who are going to Halong Bay. It was a cruise I chose to take a break before returning to Korea after a hard schedule in Sapa, and it was really great. I can go alone! It was so nice to get a massage in the resort and listen to good music while looking at the beautiful scenery from the private balcony in the room. The manager and staff took really good care of me. I would like to use it again if I go to Vietnam. I am especially grateful to Rachel, the manager in charge.❤️

The cruise was great. good food, friendly staff. it's definitely a good experience. the only disappointment was the round trip transfer from Hanoi to Halong Bay. it was unclear on klook platform and I was under the impression that the pick up will be via 7 seater limousine (since Elite of the Seas offer free limousine transfer as stated on their website). yet was informed that this tour package is under SST Travel and will be a normal Coach bus. I was only notified before the trip. would probably opt for no transport if that's the case as private car might be more worthwhile (there's 4 of us). in the end, we opt to pay extra 400,000vnd per pax round trip for limousine. hope that they can be clearer on this in the future.

Very relaxing and luxurious tour. The transport from Hanoi is a 9 seat limo and the seats are comfortable. The boat is one of the best in Halong Bay. The on-board service is fantastic and food is also on point. highly recommended.

The cruise was fun and scenery was beautiful. We finally saw the sunrise on the bay because it was raining and cloudy since we landed in Hanoi. The activities from visiting dark and bright cave excursion, kayaking, squid fishing, cooking lesson, drone videos, and karaoke after dinner show were fun experiences. Food service was excellent and delicious tasting. Crew were friendly and informative. We celebrated our father’s birthday 🎂 too! The bedding were spotless and comfortable. I would recommend this cruise to my family and friends. Thanks for the wonderful memories.

I wish they had clearly indicated the ship's docking location, which varies by vessel, using a map or similar visual aid. The information only mentioned the port, and I almost missed my departure.
