Overall it was a pretty seemless experience. It was convenient that we had a QR code on the mobile tickets that could be scanned at the station instead of having to print anything out.

After getting off at Atocha Station, I waited until the platform assignment time like at Seoul Station in Korea, then went back up to the first floor and boarded the train to Granada. The station's size was enormous, unlike what I expected from the outside. I asked the staff a few times (naturally, it was my first visit), but I boarded relatively easily. The train's interior was spacious, with plenty of room to stretch my legs. It was a great trip.
