The online booking reservation was easy but kind of confuse for the first time customer from USA. I did not know I was on express Shinkansen train. The Train Conductor staff checked my QR code and informed me that I had to pay additional ¥1020 each ticket. I let him scan my IC card from my iPhone. Other than that issue it was a good experience ride. It took us to Shin- Yokohama safe and sounds.
