We first stayed in a regular room and didn’t like the lack of windows and it needed updating .
The second stay we were upgraded to a suite and it was so lovely, spacious, balcony, clean and so comfortable. We really appreciated it, thank you to the lovely staff, especially Hanna and Ahnna.
Nice to be able to wash and dry clothes.

Staff were very courteous and helpful. Rooms were clean. Not sure if Hotels.com website had information that this room did not have windows.
