We travelled to Whitley Bay from York to attend a family funeral and booked this hotel for an overnight stay. We were looking for a small family run hotel with personal service and that is what we got.
A lovely spacious newly refurbished bedroom with on suite, and all that we would wish for although not needed, even a microwave!
The management could not have been more accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble.
Cooked English breakfast was superb.
Highly recommended.
