When I booked online it showed me that there was breakfast meal included thats why i proceeded then i was surprised that no meals were included when I arrived and was checking in. No coffee sachets were available on the coffee corner which was very strange for an hotel like novotel. Room service did not show up to clean the room at any point. Water was not provided the next day. I was disappointed

Good bus service to Haram.

They don’t have shuttle services on Friday to jummah prayers the last bus leaves at 9 AM When I went to the front desk and ask her where the bus was, she told me to talk to her colleague who was the doorman I asked the doorman he had no clue. The staff really think they’re better than everybody. They’re ignorant, arrogance and rude. Hotels decent, but the shuttle drops you off so far from the haram you’re walking for about 30 minutes. If you have the money, stay at the clock tower

Upon arriving, the staff was very welcoming and kind. My room was nice and clean. They have a shuttle to the haram. And it’s also a gym available for women at set times

The bus stop at the haraaam is far be prepared to walk miles everyday

Perfect stay def staying here again

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Novotel. The entire hotel is exceptionally clean, highly comfortable, and a great place to stay. What really made our visit memorable was the amazing staff. A special thank you to Jaman at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful in smoothly extending our stay. We also want to recognize Saiful, who went above and beyond to assist us with the extension process and provided excellent directions to local attractions. The buffet food was amazing with a huge variety of options to choose from, and the entire dining team was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping also did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!
