Friendly staff.

I like the concierge at the front desk. He was very friendly and helpful. My room was horrible. I had twin beds literate almost on the floor, the bedding was terrible and I barely had a shower. No shower door and could not even turn in the shower. The television was a 10 inch. The money I pay was not worth it at all. I will not stay there again.

Comfortable and clean room with effective air conditioning (essential in Rome). Good security including coded safe. Everything worked well.

Hotel is in a great location, the only issue was no kettle or tea/coffee facility in the rooms

Loved everything! Amazing and helpful staff that always took time for you. Rooms were cleaned very proficiently and quickly. Breakfast was perfect with a bit of everything. We are traveling around Europe this summer and are talking about coming back to Rome to visit a few more sites and will surely be staying hereagain! So kind and helpful. The staff was 10/10 compared to our other countries. One minute from Saint Mary Major and the hop on and off buses. Green Line tours was our favorite. I love Rome had fewer buses and a longer wait.

Elevator was super slow. Did not make acclimations for us as we needed two twin beds and not a queen as I was traveling with my mother. Staff was very short with me when I made my complaint. Never stay there again.

We had a room on the top floor with a balcony, it was clean and tidy and looked quite recently decorated, the bed was comfortable and a good night’s sleep was had. Breakfast had a reasonable selection and the hotel is walking distance from the train station and lots of restaurants. Nothing really to complain about overall but it is worth noting that the hotel insisted on cash payments for tourist tax and although it could have been a genuine mistake they tried to overcharge me for a drink from the bar, just something to keep in mind. The staff were not rude, but didn’t seem very happy and sometimes I felt as though I was a bit of a nuisance to them, despite it being hotel policy that you hand your key into the reception each time you go out! Overall I think I would stay here again for the location, clean room and a good nights sleep.

Breakfast was ok. Staff were great and very helpful. When we requested extra items for our room they were delivered promptly. One person helped us book our Hop on Hop Off tour. The hotel itself was dated and certainly not soundproof. We could hear people in the next room. The location was perfect with lots of restaurants nearby and a short walk to the main train terminal and tourist information. We were able to take the train directly to the airport which is always very handy.

Breakfast was amazing - well worth starting here. Great location from train station, easy access, walking distance. Walked to colosseum and forum, good restaurant choices nearby

The bread was stale. Juice was very watery.
