Stayed here for We Love Green festival. Hotel is very clean, check in was easy and room had everything you need - excellent value for the price. Would definitely stay again.

It is a very nice place the metro station is not so fare. You have everything around mini market food... In front you have a forest where you can wolk or execices

Good apartment overall, but it's little far from all famous attractions, otherwise good.

Friendly and courteous staff.

Location was handy for Uber to downtown, nice view of the Siene from our room. We had 3 rooms booked, one was perfect, one had an impressive number of ants, which could not be removed, and the other smelled like stale water, perhaps in the shower/sink. The breakfast was great and a good price, self-serve continental buffet. Easy walk to a nice bakery and across the river to the subway stations. Overall, the accommodations were not perfect, but for the price, satisfactory.

Chambre bien correcte, bien localisée

Good deal. You only really get what you pay for. Suite with a king sized bed was a bit worse than the pictures, albeit still a clean studio. Staff were mixed between very helpful and somewhat despondent. But again, you get what you pay for, it’s a very good deal for a studio in Paris.

I really enjoyed my 2 day visit to this aparthotel. The staff were very friendly and efficient, the appartment was clean and well designed. I loved the view and the faint noise of the cars outside didn't bother me. (See photos). I am used to noise at night, however if this is likely to bother you, ask for a room on the other side. I liked the area and the walk down from the metro. It is also walking distance to the bois de Vincenne. I would have liked to stay longer and explore the area more. Transport wise, the metro is a15 minute walk, however there is a bus about 4 minutes walk away which takes you to the stations at Bercy. There is also a small supermarket 4 mins walk away. I would visit again.
