The beach at the resort is a big plus, it’s clean and private. We travel with kids and having a beach front, water park and pool there is great. As for the resort itself, the restroom could be a little cleaner.

Best breakfast buffet. Clean beach and pool. Quiet and relaxing. Best staff who were extra helpful in everything. Service here was top notch. There were carts driving us around the resort so we don’t have to walk too far.

Great hotel with good amenities! Water park was fun for the kids, pool is large and clean. The room was amazing

New World Phu Quoc is Congested, Mediocre Serivce, Property not very well maintained; we had a very terrible experiance when checking-in with not very freidnly and not very understanding Stuff; this was amended later with a better duty manager; however, all along the 8 days- we have had many issues with quality of service, poor cleaning, smelly bedroom time to time, buggy drivers not knowing where they go; and most of all- some of the stuff really unfreindly, while others very nice. the beach is beautiful, but not clean, same for the swimming pool. the hotel is over crowded. there are also many good points, with few of the stuff that were very attentive, the kids club was quite useful for the kids, Breakfast is good etc; however- we do not think about coming back anytime soon....

Fantastic resort. Staff were very helpful. Biggest resort I’ve ever stayed in, with all the amenities you could possibly need. Beautiful pool & good happy hour every day. Great buffet breakfast. One of our kids needed stitches and there was a nurse on site that assessed him very quickly and helped us with information to the nearest medical centre. This area of phu quoc is mostly just resorts. There were however some nice restaurants on the beach right next door to the resort if you don’t want to have all your meals there. Highly recommend the Turkish place next door, called Istanbul. It’s close to sunset town by taxi which is quite a weird little place as well- kind of like a deserted movie set. Not sure how all the businesses survive there!

Sewage smell coming from wash basin when faucet was running. Shower area could be better by pressure washing away some mold and mildew.

Great resort. You won’t regret it.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this villa resort. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and the villa itself was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a family getaway. Most of the staff, especially those at the pool area, were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made our stay even more enjoyable. There were just a few areas that could be improved. We requested assistance to have the water fountain in our private swimming pool turned on, but unfortunately no one came after we called. It wasn’t a major issue, but it was disappointing since we were looking forward to enjoying all of the villa’s features. We also found the food policy a bit inconvenient. Outside food is not allowed in the villa, which can be challenging for families traveling with young children. One of the reasons we booked a villa was because it included a kitchen. However, there were no utensils or basic kitchen equipment available for use, making the kitchen essentially unusable. Considering the premium price of the villa, we expected the kitchen to be better equipped. Despite these minor inconveniences, everything else was excellent. The resort is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the staff’s hospitality truly stands out. With a few improvements, this would easily be a perfect vacation destination.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Perfect location on the beach. Great pool and gym. Breakfast buffet was excellent and lots of choices. Staff all very friendly. Will be back next year.
