Where shall I start. Cancelled treatments, staff unprofessionalism.

Clean room, excellent staff and great results from their programs

I drove there and they said the room is not available. So we left very tired and very disappointed. That bad experience.

Breakfast star to late

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom entrance does not have a door so the person sleeping is disturbed by the lights when the other is using the facility. Food was Ok. Will give it 7 out of 10

The room was very large. Many windows with insufficient blackout curtains, so prepare to wake up with the sunrise. The room I was given had an incomplete balcony and still under construction. When I asked, the woman said, you booked with Expedia? The first night my door to the balcony was slightly cracked open and I was eaten by bugs. So be careful as the property is near mangroves and golf course. Plan on mosquito repellent. The menu was very good. Diverse and many healthy options. Breakfast was good but omelets are extra cost. The showers are very good size but water pressure needs to be increased. The spa and gym are for sure five star.
