Great location and staff!

Very friendly staff, clean room, maybe a bit noisy as you could hear music coming off the street until about midnight. Parking is a bit difficult but the valet were clutch and on top of it.

Rooms were clean and unique. Staff was helpful. Location is convenient.

Nice property close to Vanderbilt and not too far from broadway, only about $5-10 uber trip

Staff were always diligent and helpful. Very clean and efficient

Staff was friendly. Nice amenities. Great location. Would definitely stay again,

Food there is delicious breakfast and dinner !! Service and friendliness were good. Pool area was nice.

Great place! Stayed an extra night!

Great service and the hotel is beautiful.

There were basically no amenities. They didn’t have the room we reserved put us in a different room. It was crowded for the amount of people we had. There was a mix up with the rooms and keys so all of a sudden a woman walked into our room…she was another patron. Because of this then our room keys no longer worked. They have us a voucher for breakfast and then have us a menu that only had 4 options while everyone else had a full menu. We were told it was the menu when “breakfast was included.” There was also a pool fee of $35.00. I asked for a refund or discount but since we reserved under Expedia there was no ability for them to give us some money back. Will not stay again.
