Fair place for the price.

A menos de 5 minutos caminando de la estación central de trenes de Viena. Cerca del palacio Belvedere y unas instalaciones muy buenas, limpias y personal muy atento. Muy recomendable

Very conveniently located near the central station with direct train and metro connections. There’s also a shopping and quick eat service restaurants and a large supermarket where you can shop at ease. There are also a couple of restaurants around the corner. The tram runs close and taxis are nearby. Very comfortable hotel.

Excellent

Great location! However, the save box no buttery so I have to wait for them to comin and do it I wish they check before rent it out.

Some property infraestructure looks old, some maintenance is required in rooms and also more front office staff is needed in rush hours. One person in the front desk is not what you should expect in a Radisson. The Hotel is located close to HBF main station very convenient for business or leisure while in Vienna.

All was good except the AC fan that makes terrible noise and a command so difficult to figure out

I usually stay at the same hotel when I travel to Austria but decided to try something different. I checked in late and did have somebody assist me. When I got into the room I noticed that something wasn’t quite right - the pillows were ruffled and looked like the had been slept in, there was hair all over the bedding and sheets. There was a dirty cup on the bedside table and when I walked into the bathroom, dirty towels! I let front desk know and he immediately gave me a new room. With the new room, bedding etc seemed fine but there was mold in the corner of the bathroom. Rather disappointing and feeling unsafe to sleep in bed

This is the second time I stay here, I love the location and ease to move around next to the train station, Favoriten, Belvedere Castle, and so on. The check in is made by the guests, and the system didn't find my reservation, but there was a girl from the staff who kindly helped me. The stay was OK, just the shower space always overfloods the overall bathroom area, which makes the floormat always wet. Cleaning staff entered my room shortly after my check in and moved things around, which I didn't like much, I also had a mug that the staff lend me for my medicines, and tea, and the cleaning staff removed it, it wasn't even time to clean the room (shortly after someone checks in). It was a smooth stay, and I love the light that comes into the rooms.

The hotel is convient when staying close to the main station. The standard is relatively basic when expecting a Radisson Standard from the Americas.
