Staff for check in and cleaning were very nice and had great service. Free tuk tuk rides to places closeby. Communication over text and email was a little slow though. Room, pool, sauna, gym and changerooms were very clean but the steam room was under maintenance. Not sure why the pool lights turned off at 9:30 pm but closed at 10pm.

Nice kitchen, just needed more bowls, pots, and utensils.
Rooms space are big, staffs friendly, hot water available. Pool and gym available at rooftops. Plus for parking lot, I was able to park my car inside the hotel parking space.
