I would not recommend this hotel. The service was non-existent. We did not even get a welcome letter. I ordered a meet and greet service through the concierge, and it was a complete disaster. One of them, Leah, was particularly rude and arrogant, The staff provided no explanation as to the dinner package we purchased. Our room had a terrible smell coming from shower/ toilet on and off. Eventually, we had to change rooms. I saw a mouse on the first floor near the restaurant. Bedding was cheap and uncomfortable. Other than location, the hotel has nothing to offer. I don't know how it had 5 stars. I would give 0 stars.

El hotel es una belleza pero para ser un hotel de esta categoría internacional te restringían el aire acondicionado. Alegaban de que era problema de la ciudad pero en las tiendas y otros hoteles funcionaba el aire perfectamente. Se imaginan estar afuera a 40 grados y regresar a una habitación que está igualmente de caliente? Una mala experiencia, alegamos en repetidas ocasiones y cuando insistíamos nos lo prendían. Otra cosa el día que llegamos no había no había agua caliente. Normalmente no dejo reviews negativos pero esta vez en verdad destruyeron mis expectativas ya que había pagado una junior suite y otras tres habitaciones para mis hijos y quería darles una experiencia inolvidable.

Good hotel, but it is not a 5-star hotel and there are better options for the price. The hotel is conveniently located and has many services available, but the rooms are not 5-star in terms of functionality. The bathroom was a nightmare. Specifically, the shower. The water did not switch between the shower head and the hand held sprayer. Water was coming out everywhere at the same time (main faucet, hand held sprayer, and overhead shower head), but none with enough pressure to actually take a proper shower. Also, the sink faucets were equally unusable. The hot water was scalding with strong pressure while the water pressure of the cold was weak. Adjusting it required precision and is something I would expect if staying at a cheap motel, but not a luxury hotel. Also, the faucet hot water faucet made a loud hissing sound when turned on. Perhaps this was just an issue with my room and other rooms are fine. Given that temperatures were record high during our stay, these “basics” (or lack thereof) were actually a big deal.
