Great hotel, a little far away from the center, but the Staff was great

Good, clean room and facilities made for a good stay. The swimming pool was smaller than expected and overcrowded, but otherwise a good stay.

In an odd location on the outskirts of an industrial estate but actually convenient for a large department store and Splau shopping centre for when you want a night off from the hustle and bustle of the city. Easy train links into the city. Small pool but ideal for cooling off. Lovely gardens to relax into. Staff are lovely.

Good breakfast and clean room

Great hotel very close to the airport, very comfortable and clean, great decor, would stay again. Reception staff excellent and accommodating - Restaurant staff not so much! Food was great in the restaurant for lunch/ dinner or breakfast but behaviours of restaurant staff could be better/warmer for this front serving role the restaurant staff undertake. Simple things like basic English understanding or letting guests know how the breakfast service was set up/ where to get things and not just assuming people know rather than just taking the room number and ticking you off would be helpful! In all the staff issues would not put me off staying again. We enjoyed our stay.
