I arrived later than planned but this was my choice. I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful member of staff ‘Cookie’, who ensured nothing was too much trouble to make the last hour or so of my evening and enjoyable one. A very pleasant hotel with a great location (for me).

Very smart and comfortable new hotel. Only thing against it is the location - handy for Volvo but not walkable to good restaurants and the city

Excellent hotel and rooftop bar. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Front desk reception team were very helpful and professional, especially Zheila and Karen. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and staff service was very good. Location may at first feel far from Gotenborg central however it’s actually only a short 10 mins tram ride and you can use the free ferry to cross over to an upscale area that has lots of restaurants with 10 mins. Definitely recommend Clarion Pier Hotel!

Very nice location with a waterfront view. I visited, but unfortunately did not manage to eat in the 10 floor restaurant Fei, but the views themselves, and interior were spectacular. Nice design of rooms and modern facilities. And very good breakfeast!

Clean room, upgrade offered. Convenient. On site dining as an option also.

The staff were absolutely amazing at recommending places and helping tourists out. The hotel was top quality and they are attentive to guests needs. Would highly recommend and stay there again

The room was lovely, but there’s not enough storage space to put your clothes

The service from every member of staff who we spoke to was excellent. They went above and beyond. The breakfast was fantastic. There was an excellent choice of good quality food. Our room was upgraded and was very comfortable. It was easy and convenient to get to the city centre on public transport. I would definitely return and recommend.
