On check-out the receptionist argued with me, tried to double charge me for parking. The adult pizza wasn't great for the price. Room wasn't the cleanest however great location, the staff that greeted us upon arrival were great

Absolutely fantastic hotel to stay at when in Canberra. You just can't beat the location for shopping, dining and entertainment. The staff are all amazing and always so friendly and helpful. The rooms are just beautiful, safe, quiet,comfortable and modern and the food from the restaurant is always delicious.

Room was clean but bathroom was all mouldy. Amazing staffs, specially front desk staff during check in.
Free parking for guests would be appreciated,but paid $25 per night.
Really good buffet breakfast, we loved it.
