We stayed at this hotel for the second time and once again were very satisfied. The staff is attentive, friendly, and professional, always ready to help. The breakfasts are delicious and varied, with fresh, high-quality products. The rooms are spotless, and housekeeping is thorough and consistent. We will definitely come back again.

Staff is always incredibly helpful and the rooms are always very clean & comfortable

Always feel like a very welcome guest!

Great place

We accidentally booked our room for the wrong day and didn’t realize it until after the booked day had passed, they very kindly worked with us on a solution and were very helpful. We stay here every time we are in Bishkek!

Very nice hotel the staff is professional thank you all the General Manger is very helpful

Very good breakfast n helpful staff

Nice place but quite far away from main part of the city. Walls were so thin that you could hear everything from reception area downstairs. Guy at reception was a bit rude.

Don't let the non-central location put you off. It's a very clear and well cared hotel. The staff are friendly, the breakfast is awesome. My room is spacious and quite. The bed is very comfortable and huge. The restroom is a little small but gets the job done. There is a supermarket nearby, and many restaurants as well. I would highly recommend this hotel. The western standard room alone is good for me.

It was exellent locatıon and accomodatıon
