Told us there was a miscommunication with the app I booked with. They thought we wanted a single bed but we booked a double. Then told us they upgraded to a suite but it wasn’t ready okay I’ll wait a little bit, check in was at 4 didn’t get a room until 5 and ended up giving us a regular room even though we waited an hour pass check in. The app said there would be a hair dryer and was no hair dryer.

The staff was so friendly and kind. We enjoyed the hot tub. The jets did not work but the water was nice and hot. The air conditioning worked very well. I love the normal "hotel" waffles, I didn't care for the powder like scrambled eggs or the sausage that did not taste like real meat so we only ate there once out of the 3 mornings we stayed. We had prepaid 4 nights but checked out 1 day early as we could not sleep one more night on the hard mattress. Before checking out the final day and booking a different hotel, I did ask if all rooms had the same mattress and the the staff did inform me that they had all been recently replaced. My husband and I were hardly able to sleep as we were tossing and turning so much. It seems as if the mattress may be "extra firm ". My back would hurt, had to switch to my side, my side would hurt, had to switch to the other side. The pillows were far from comfortable as well.

Staff were all very nice and helpful. The room was clean - the sink in the bathroom doesn’t extend far enough into the basin so there was always water all over the bathroom counter which was a bit annoying - but not a big deal. Our room key also stopped working 3 times but staff was always very quick to help. Overall a good stay.

The current high reviews don’t accurately depict the hotel. And it is a little suspicious why this hotel has so many high reviews. At closer look it seems like many of the high ratings are from people who live outside of the US, and with no description about their stay. I was definitely mislead by the reviews in booking. It is very much a budget motel and a little rough. But the price was cheap so you do get what you pay for and it’s on me for expecting I had found a hidden gem at such a good price. It’s clear the rooms have undergone cheap cosmetic upgrades. But it can’t mask that it really is an older run down property. The room was not very clean. Nothing blatantly stood out but just felt old and dirty. The pillows were terrible. They do provide free breakfast which my kids loved. The front desk staff were very helpful and kind. But overall I wouldn’t recommend this place for families, if you can afford to spend an extra $100 per night for more comfortable accommodations, you should do so. I didn’t feel safe with my young kids and regretted trying to save a quick buck. If you’re a young solo traveler the place does the job for the price.

It was close to everything and nice and clean and staff very nice

I was very happy at first. We had a trip planned to stay here for 4 nights. After staying two nights, the cleaning staff didn’t come clean our room. On day one we stayed in a clean room of course, day two we came back to a clean room and then days 3 and 4 no one came by to even take out the trash. It was odd. I was impressed by the breakfast options: yogurt, assorted cereals, waffles, toast, bagels, sausage, eggs etc! I took advantage of the laundry machines which worked great. At first you get charged $8 and then are later refunded the difference ($2.50 for washer & $2.75 for dryer I believe). If you’re staying for a few nights, there’s little to no room to unpack your clothes unfortunately. Air conditioning in the room worked great and was nice. We still had a good stay despite the negatives. Our toddler loved eating breakfast outside and chasing around the tiny birds that were looking for food scraps. We loved how secure the hotel was (have to swipe your key card to get in and out). If you would be bothered by loud music, you should request to be in a room on the opposite side of where the pool is - music is played at the pool until quiet time.

This was a great place to stay! Emily and Raul at the front desk were extremely helpful and kind. The air-conditioning worked great and the room had all the things we needed.

Front desk was phenomenal! Friendly and attentive. Loved that parking is assigned per stay, and the breakfast was stocked.
