Hotel is fine. Large rooms and clean. Staff nice.
But there is NOTHING in the area. No where to eat, which was only the letdown. Only stayed here prior to a halong bay cruise. Do not stay more than 1 night

Very friendly staff, tasty breakfast with a wide choice, nice and quiet location overlooking the bay.
The room was clean and beautiful with modern design and amenities.

Great if you are wanting a beach don't disturb break.
Getting around would be a problem, we rented a scooter via the hotel... 250k which is expensive in comparison to us paying 120-150k a day in other areas.
Not much out here in terms of restaurants, would need to travel at least 1 mile.
Rooms in general could do with a bit more care for example the shower screen leaks at the bottom where there is a gap on the bath tub.
Getting in and out of the bath tub/ shower isn't convenient and I slipped .
View is what I expected, now that I have been out I know there are better options for a room with a view
