Everything and everyone was just amazing, thank you.

Staff are super friendly and always willing to help, even if they don't always understand. The resort is huge and well maintained. The rooms are cleaned thoroughly, but there was still a musty smell in each of the three rooms I visited. I would prefer to be able to walk to the beach and local shops so the location, being 2km from the nearest beach was a bit too isolated for me. I stayed for 11 nights, maybe 4 or 5 would have been better.

Excellent daily breakfast, with lots of choices from local cuisine to bacon and eggs, omelettes made to order, and lots of other choices

We were there for an overnight stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, the facilities were magnificent, and although the dining options were expensive by Bali standards they were well presented and of excellent quality.

Breakfast was good, but very unorganised

Breakfast was good and plenty to choose from. Only issue was that there was no coordination while ordering food. Orders were taken but people pushing in and served whilst others waited for food. Spa in pool was not working. But overall pool was nice.

Pool is great but ping pong area so hot...

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Our room with a balcony looked over a lovely part of the property. The staff was amazing, friendly, always smiling and helpful. I miss them all. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staffs very helpfull.

Staffs were very friendly in kids playground. The room was modern and clean. However, The bathroom drain and shower head are rusting. The breakfast option were very limited. The pool towels were not allowed to be wrapped around my child to the room, and he was very cold.
