The staff were very helpful in getting us a taxi . The room was very clean. The hotel was close to everything A big plus was the great restaurant right next door and gelato and souvenirs right down the street. A suggestion is maybe adding a shelf in the bathroom to put your personal items on while getting ready for the day.

I loved every single thing about this property, since the moment we entered the premises we realized we were staying in a true Siena old school building, the room was perfect, amenities

Location is great. Room was spacious and clean. No elevator as the building is quite old Luggage storage is available at another building not too far away, but again, no elevator Helpful staff

I came by train. My room was so comfortable, I barely didn't want to leave. The shower was hot and powerful. I heated my pizza in a pan on the oven. I just walked to where the horse race is. I ate wonderful tomato soup and tripe stew, specificaity of this area. Gelato was great every where. I could live in my room. So many in Siena speak Spanish, that was nice for me. Italians seemed more eager to speak Spanish than English.

Check in was relatively easy— I ended up calling because the directions didn’t tell us where to go once in building. After that, it was quick. Breakfast is a 5 minute walk to cafe. They have a list to choose from. Room and bathroom was a nice size. 5 min walk to Vatican.

Room was roomy and clean. Pretty good location too

Very noisy! Staff didnt reply on time to my questions. Air conditioning didnt work
