The room was big for Japanese hotels. They have washing machine which is really helpful. The entire building was quiet.

Room was clean and the toiletries and towels are supplied well but the room is too crowded for 3 single beds in such a small space. It’s really hard to sleep as well because the bed is hard for my back especially I have a back injury. Location wise, it’s convenient except that the buses are always full and I am on wheelchair. We always take a cab instead for travelling with a wheelchair.

Had to pick up key from another nearby Sakura Simple easy check in with lovely staff member , Lift to 4 th floor,clean ( apart from carpet and sofa stains ) excellent shower and toilet area, shower room acts as a drying room overnight so washing machine was well used with our 7 night stay , we were disappointed with the lack of kitchen accessories with such a well set up kitchen , no bowls for noodles or salad just 3 small plate sized flat plates , no wine glasses ,colander or eating knives just a sharp knife , we requested a few extra items and were told they were unavailable, beds & pillows firm but relatively comfortable however the lounge (3 bed ) was very low and uncomfortable . A little way away from Kyoto train station but well connected with the 206 bus just around the corner, nearby 7/11 and a bit further 15 min walk is a well stocked Frescos

The room is very clean, location is very convenience. The staff are friendly and I had a good time with my family.

This hotel was the best one. It was a comfortable size and the shower was great. The location is not great if you want to use the train but we used taxis so it was fine. There is a 7-11 down the street and some local restaurants that are close by that were very good. Also several coffee shops. A Buddhist temple was right across the street. Make sure and visit.

I and my friend had a pleasant stay. We were very grateful for their luggage delivery service because we arrived early in Kyoto before check in time. The staff were very pleasant to engage with. Our room was clean and organized and very cozy, it felt like home. Nobody would regret this place, as it is also close to a bunch of places.

not close to many restaurants or areas, mainly in a quiet homey area. have to bus to get around and busses are usually very crowded so not super convenient. place is VERY spacious for a Japanese hotel though and all amenities are provided as stated.
