The staff is very hospitable! I was iffy going into this since there isn’t much online about the hotel or what’s going on in the island. You typically only see the luxury resorts for Maldives but staying local was a great way to save some money and still have access to tours to explore the surrounding area and even visit a resort to get a touch of the experience. The island is still developing for tourists but Kaani was great with making the experience pleasant. There are plenty of restaurants to eat at in the area and Kaani had a great restaurant and dining included in the stay. They have three properties right next to each other so you’ll use the dining facilities and spa in the other hotels too. Bikini beach is right in front of the hotel as well. The locals are so kind!

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Kaani Grand View! The hospitality here is truly unmatched. From the moment we arrived, everything was taken care of with such warmth and professionalism. A special mention to Tiger, who received us at the port and escorted us to the hotel — he’s truly a gem of a person! Always available, always helpful, and genuinely caring. He set such a high standard of hospitality that it’s hard to imagine anything better. The restaurant team was equally wonderful — every attendant especially Asih greeted us with a smile and made dining a pleasure. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, making our stay even more relaxing. We honestly did not want to leave! Highly recommend Kaani Grand View to anyone visiting — you’ll be well taken care of. 🌴✨

Great place to stay

Property was nice. But needs reno. Looks a bit dated and small. No laundry facility. All excursions can be booked by the hotel is a great advantage. Location is good Staff is nice...Shout out to Jusica and Hanif and Karim and Tiger for all their help. Need to have more variety in breakfast.

We loved everything.. the only thing that we did not enjoy were the beach chairs that were old, broken and uncomfortable.

Good location, close to transfer point, restaurants, bikini beach and water sports. Good size rooms & well maintained. Great onsite Indian restaurant and a few minutes boat ride to the floating bar.

Great location with spacious room and breathtaking ocean view. All hotel staff are friendly and helpful.
