Nice hotel

My wife stayed at the hotel for a conference nearby. Superb location and walkable distance to many key locations. It was our anniversary during her trip. I was able to give my wife a surprise anniversary gift even though I was tens of thousands of kms away. Hotel staff and restuarant helped me deliver desserts and liquor into their room at the requested time. All communications done through email. Hotel Staff (Thank you immensely Alfonso!) was quick to respond depsite the 9-hr time difference. Hotel staff even offered to give my wife a note. I was expecting a print-out but it was handwritten. I am glad I kept my note short. Although my wife and I were not together for the anniversary, the hotel and its restuarant and staff has made it memorable and unique. I will be returning as a family in the not so far future. Thank you very much for the staff in their assistance in making it all happen!

Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast included was expansive and offered many choices. Highly recommend!

The hotel was great. The only two down points: the rooms of floor 1 were not at it’s best condition (we know because a couple of acquaintances were there), and the front desk crew forgot to mention that the restaurant must be “always” reserved for some reason. Besides those things, the place was amazing. Other related thing: do not trust the public transportation’s hours and routes. Be patient.

Nice clean venue, perfect for events at Bologna Fiere

It’s a long walk into the city, approximately 3k. The road is incredibly busy and the bridge over the railway lines difficult to walk over each time. I did so on 11 occasions on a 3 night stay. The hotel appeared under staffed at peak breakfast time. It was very difficult to find a cleared table.

So a typical large business hotel, impersonal and a bit lacking. Bath Room was “superficially” clean, not actually cleaned after the first night for some reason. Bed was a bit too firm, and the room a bit on the small side. Shower pressure was excellent..

Read fine print this hotel in description states $7 E tax , when I got to the hotel they said 80 e will be charged to my card which is $100 America, plus what it said was due on Expedia was $62. The manager was rude and unprofessional. She said my card did not go through and wanted Me to swipe my card again. I told her I needed to check with my bank first to make sure it didn’t go through as it was showing up as pending. I’m in. Foreign country and not easy to Rectify this once home. She threatened to lock us out even call the police. We left the hotel after that treatment and found a much nicer place. I would not use Expedia again or stay here . Expedia will not side with you. Buyer beware

Breakfast was excellent. Staff courteous, helpful and professional. Tip the cleaning crew handsomely they did an awesome job 👏
