I have visited the showboat multiple times but this visit was the worst. The room that they haven’t upgraded need to be the curtains and the pictures in the room is scary and the worst part of it all was the dogs…. There was dogs everywhere… it was too much for me to handle and cleanliness of the place was not upkeep. i’m not sure if they designated room for people that make reservation with dogs, but I feel like it’s all in the same room. There was dogs barking at night There was dogs everywhere I understand it’s a family friendly everywhere. but that was too much for me other than that, the waterpark is great games great and the kids like the go kart but I will not be staying there again.

The stay was not a good experience. We didn't have hot water, the sheets had holes in it and the steel frames on the the bed were sticking out that it is a hazard for small kids. My cousins daughter got a bruise from it.

Thw shower curtain was dirty n moldi the sink was clogged we couldn't use the sink we asked for extra towel on the housekeeper was rude n told us she couldn't

There was too many people and not enough staff. Never got towels needed had to go down wait in line to get them. Elevator was slow wait 15 min each time to go up or down.

Unfortunately, my stay at Showboat did not meet my expectations. The hotel had a strong odor throughout the property, including the hallways and my room. The room smelled unpleasant, and the carpet had a foul odor. The elevators were dirty, took an extremely long time to arrive, and overall cleanliness appeared to be lacking. I requested a room change due to these issues, but I was informed that the hotel was fully booked and no alternative room was available. Given the condition of the property and the impact on my stay, I would appreciate your review of this matter and consideration of compensation
