We stay in the Executive Room - 705, nice little balcony to enjoy a quiet drink while watching the hustle & bustle of the streets below.
Breakfast choice was plentiful, pool was on the 10th floor with a lovely area to sit with cool water sprays. So refreshing in 42oC heat.
Great location to everything.
The staff wereAMAZING, would do anything for you to make you feel welcome & at home.
Highly recommend & would stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff are super friendly, and food was great.
Hotel rooms were lovely and spacious.
We have the luxury escapes deal, which included a breakfast and dinner. This was great for our stay (7 days), would get a little repetitive if having for any longer, but couldn't fault it.
Hotel is a little far out from Hoi An, but there is a shuttle service that will take you in, and a taxi is super cheap.
There is a spa on site, which we also used twice. Great staff here too, and a lovely service.
Only criticism would be amenities on site. A number of activities are advertised, but were no longer available, and the amenity area was the only thing that looked a little neglected / run down (bins not emptied, pool tables in poor condition, area needed a good clean)

We had a great stay at Hanoi Paon! The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in an excellent location. You can easily walk to the old quarter and French quarter, which is where we spent most of our time. The rooms are slightly dated in terms of decor, but comfortable and have everything you need. The spa was also very nice! Id recommend to anyone going to Hanoi!

The room was clean and spacious enough, considering the excellent location in the old town. The gym is a little small and the equipment is worn out. But the breakfast was quite generous. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
