Salvador at the hotel bar is the best!! Delicious cocktails and great hospitality

Staff was great ty

Tried to check in online 48 hours prior to arrival, per hotel policy, only to find out that someone had cancelled our reservation. The hotel would not help us because we booked through Expedia. Expedia could not connect with the hotel, so they refused a refund. Both parties seemed unwilling to bother with our situation. Note: This review is being requested by the hotel, through Expedia, that despite having a reservation for 10 months, we were unable to visit. We had to get a room at another hotel nearby on our own. Expedia forced this situation by informing us that it could take 72 hours to correct the problem, meaning that we would have been in Lisbon 24 hours before they might have a solution. We needed a room immediately, so we had to act on our own and to stay elsewhere.

التنظيف لم يكن دقيق ولايضعون الصابون والمادية إلا عند الطلب

The room was a nice size and attractive. The bathroom was also a good size and very clean. My only complaint was that the room was too warm for me even with the air conditioning at its max. I had to open a window to get a breeze. Also the bathroom could use a bar on the wall to grip onto.

Hotel was clean, quiet and very nice. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options for vegan, gf, regular. Staff was absolutely incredible. Bar was top notch

Great staff only downside was the slow WiFi apart from that perfect

Lovely ,clean hotel. Staff all very helpful and kind.

Second time staying here. I loved the brand and its location
