The room wasn’t clean, every day after coming back at night I found out they didn’t clean the room, after complaining they clean only one night the room. Also they refuse to give you clean towels.
I even spoke with the manager Mustapha who didn’t do anything and only said “ Next time you here we will clean up the room”
That was very sarcastic.
The phone in the room also didn’t work
It was a terrible unacceptable experience.

Not clean. The toilet was covered in human dirt. There was a door in our room that connected our room to the next room (519&518). They were smoking all the time and irritated us because of the tobacco smell and contamination penetrating through that door. Staff didn’t confront them.

It was not a clean hotel and looked completely different from the pictures. Our first room was awful, and they had to change it. However, the staff and workers were very nice and kind, which was the only good part of our stay.
Tge area of hotel was so bad and not good for stay. Busy- dirty.

I chose this as this was 4 star and it was near to Metro station. I had no complaints. I booked online and it was cheaper. I got a room on the upper floor so there was no such noise from the cafe downstairs.

還好 the location is very good but music sound of hotel club was crazy by 3AM at least at the floor which my room was .also hotel took 30 DHS as tax ! also I have asked expedia Im going to pay hotel fee onsite by cash , but ...!!
