The staff was wonderful and very helpful!

We booked here because it was close to universal studios. But only one elevator worked and the staff was short handed at night, so buying anything from the little snack area took almost 40 minutes in a line. I also purchase items from the gift shop in the lobby and was charged for items I did not receive. When asked for an itemized receipt, the clerk began to act like she did not speak English. The hall ways are not air conditioned and they smell stale. The room was clean and housekeeping came everyday.

The location is the best!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was nice. The staff were okay, my partner had a few issues regarding the staff experience but if all you're planning on doing is checking in and checking out, there's no issues. Anything else feels like they can't be bothered to help, especially when it came to ask about paying for the use of the parking lot. Other than that, it was an overall good stay.

Super close to universal. Either take shuttle bus or walk 15 min to the city walk. About 25 min from Disney springs and airport(Uber/driving).Restaurant near by and Walgreens all walking distance.

We were not happpy with this room at all. When we arrived, the room had a moldy, musty smell. We were on the 10th floor and in the hallway there were visible signs of water leaks thru the floor molding and in some ceiling area. (By room 1012) Also, the front desk person did not speak English well and was speaking in a low volume. Very hard to understand. The service at the lobby bar was vert slow. The 12% at the last minute was uncalled for! I had no other options so we decided to stay. It's not worth the money I paid. I will not use this hotel again
