Room very clean and stop really friendly

Fairly decent place a 20 minutes or so walk away from the old city. Be aware that if you are given a room with a connecting door you will hear every word from the room next door.

The pool didn’t have enough water in it. The pool ladder/steps were broken. The general grounds were run down. There usually wasn’t anybody at the front desk.

Nice property I would recommend to friends easy access to night market and downtown area

Walks are thin - could hear neighbours, exasperated by large gap under door for adjoining rooms.

Very well located and walking distance to the night market. Enjoyed the value of this property!

Close to the river and market

The location of the hotel is average if you want to walk around the tourist areas for shopping, food and dinning. The hotel is at least 15 min walk from the Phae Street or the Night Bazaar. Luckily, there is Grab taxi service to ferry you around places you want to visit. One thing I think the reception staff could be more helpful or friendly when checking out. When I asked for a receipt of my stay, she just bluntly told me to refer to Expedia for a copy of my stay. I guess it's either her command of English that is not good or just her attitude to hotel guests. This can definitely be improved.

Very quiet and lots of shops, restaurants 5 min walking distance. Big room ,clean pool. Excellent place !!!

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean.
