Amazing

nice and kind staff good water pool

Specially designated 2nd floor for families with young children was wonderful. A little less stressful to hush them and not to run down the halls. The staff was wonderful. Extremely helpful with any questions, reservations, recommendations.

We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Josun. From the moment we pulled up our car, someone greeted us and help us bring in our luggage. For the money that we paid, we expected the room to be newer/nicer. Room needed a refresh - wall had tape on it to seal up possible marks or cracks, paint was peeling off and areas were yellow. We enjoyed the dinner buffet - large variety of food and all delicious. The live music/singer in the lounge was beautiful to listen to as you walk the halls or sit in the lounge to enjoy a meal or drinks. The outdoor area was gorgeous-nice pool and cabana surrounded by palm trees. It was convenient to have washer/dryers in the main area that all guests could use for free. This hotel was centrally located near many restaurants and local sites.

Great spacious family room clean. Excellent hotel.

Very friendly staff and excellent service! I would like to come again:) thank you for the amazing service. I definitely refer to my family and friends

Limited food options but wonderful for families

It was good

Stayed here on my last night in jeju after I did an early check out of the another hotel I was in for it not being clean. Not sure why I didn’t book the Grand Josun the whole time, would have made my trip a lot better. Hotel was beautiful and comfortable. I just hooked a standard room and the room size was nice and had everything I needed to be comfortable. Only thing was they charged for a sun-bed on the roof top even in the evening which I thought was a bit strange. And a little nickel and dimey. But besides that would stay again!
