This hotel is part of a residential development. All rooms window face a brick wall. The rooftop is limited to 20 people, I encountered loud noise and people smoking — including minors — which made the space unusable. - On Friday, June 5, I experienced building access failure upon arrival at approximately 4:05 PM: the keypad/code did not work and customer service said an app was required. That app requirement was not communicated in prior emails. - On Saturday, June 6, I observed a group on the rooftop (a man with a loudspeaker plus 4–5 adults) visibly smoking what appeared to be marijuana, and two unleashed dogs in a posted no‑pets area. I have video evidence of the rooftop incident and the earlier email showing no app requirement.

Great location. Spacious apartment. Very new appliances. Having a washer and dryer in the suite was perfect. Appeared very safe and well protected. The gym was out of this world. Nice rooftop pool. Very helpful roaming staff.

I got locked out of my room coming back to the hotel the keypad died and I stayed in the hallway but there was no one there at concierge to help me

We had a great stay overall. The property was clean, modern, and very convenient. One feature I especially loved was the Latch app, which made it easy to access the building, room, and other amenities right from my phone—even when away from the property. My only minor disappointment was that I specifically booked a room with a balcony and city view, which I did receive; however, the bed was positioned in a cubby-style area that partially blocked the view from the room. The layout appears to be designed to separate the sleeping area from the living space, but it did take away from enjoying the city view as much as I had hoped. For anyone trying to find this property, it is called Revel, although we booked through Global Luxury Suites. Also, be sure to check out Ted’s Bulletin on the corner—it’s within walking distance and absolutely delicious!

Loved having a balcony to allow reading out in the fresh air. App worked well for unlocking everything. Parking was easy.

Check in was a painful joke. After long day of travel, front desk guy gave rude half true instruction to meet lady in a random disheveled room on 3dd floor only to be told I need to download an app.. sign up for crap I dont want, get a password via email(work email spam filter isseues) etc etc to find out what my room is and then use my phone to open door.. only to eventually get to the room and find the door proped open with all the drawers and cupboards left open inside.. (looked like it was robbed haha) Whats wrong with just emailing me the room number and a door code or have someone do hand out a 1 dollar programmable key

Everything was amazing I really enjoyed my stay. Most definitely will be back. Its in the middle of everything 10 out of 10 highly recommend

Besides poor water pressure in the showers this place was great. It had everything we needed. Located to walk anywhere and was safe. Would stay there again Parking was very expensive. Nothing the owners can control

10/10 clean room… modern look

This 2 bed 2 bath apartment was conveniently located, clean and spacious. The only downsides were the constant codes to get in and out if the building( but you definitely felt safe and secure), and being right next to the train tracks. I thought this would be a significant issue when I heard the whistle upon checking in the room but it really wasn’t a disturbance. I like quiet rooms, it’s my top priority, so if I wasn’t bothered by it most others wouldn’t be either. It’s about 4 blocks from Union station and about a 15 minute walk to the Capital. There are restaurants within walking distance. It fit our needs for accommodating a group of 6 well.
