This apartment was within walking distance to Union Station, restaurants, grocery stores and more. We were able to park for $40/day in the parking garage and our car was safe. Having laundry in the room and a kitchen was also a great perk. The room was quiet and exactly as pictured/described. Would definitely stay here again.

For the price I've paid, I was expecting a smoothier check in and better staying experience. The listing is mostly accurate except 1. the app I downloaded for accessing my apartment entrance and amenities were not ready upon arrival. 2. sharp noisea randomly occured during my stay. the noises was disturbing, although not constant, not load but with high pitch and occured four nights out of 11 nights. 3. basic supplies such as laundry detergent and trash bags only supplied for one time use. Luckily the management office is in the building and the on-site management personnel Yolanda and Donald made the stay as smooth as can be. The noise were not constant but no one was able to address the issue effectively. My stay could be better for the value. The area was easy to navigate. bus, metro, rental bike via App available. Local restaurants, grocery store within walking distance. attactions near by. Roof top pool was great, view was enjoyable. Room, bed. pillow were comfortable.

Everything was clean and up to code. The front desk staff weren't very friendly when asked for help. Other than that it was a good weekend.

The only real problem we encountered was the internet service was out frequently and if available, very slow.

Incredibly clean! Having a kitchen & laundry was so convenient for an extended stay in Washington.

Its a nice suite in a quiet building. Its near the union station metro which made getting around that much easier

Everything was great so great that I extended my stay another night!

The apartment was great for our family. Very convenient for taking the metro daily. Ted Bulletin’s restaurant being close was awesome! We enjoyed the pool. No pool towels, so I’m glad we brought our own laundry detergent to do a load of towels. WiFi wasn’t great, but it worked. Also pretty convenient to the grocery. We had a wonderful time!

This hotel is part of a residential development. All rooms window face a brick wall. The rooftop is limited to 20 people, I encountered loud noise and people smoking — including minors — which made the space unusable. - On Friday, June 5, I experienced building access failure upon arrival at approximately 4:05 PM: the keypad/code did not work and customer service said an app was required. That app requirement was not communicated in prior emails. - On Saturday, June 6, I observed a group on the rooftop (a man with a loudspeaker plus 4–5 adults) visibly smoking what appeared to be marijuana, and two unleashed dogs in a posted no‑pets area. I have video evidence of the rooftop incident and the earlier email showing no app requirement.

Great location. Spacious apartment. Very new appliances. Having a washer and dryer in the suite was perfect. Appeared very safe and well protected. The gym was out of this world. Nice rooftop pool. Very helpful roaming staff.
