The hotel is in an all inclusive gated community with nature, greenery, activities like go kart, kayaking, chains of restaurants from Türkiye, India, Lebanon, various clothing brands and a huge supermarket. There’s a lovely pool with nice view. The restaurant has a very diverse menu too. There’s a mini gym that has the basics, threadmill and dumbbells . U can run within the facility at any time of the day… it can be quiet and it can be bubbly when you decide to go to the mall just opposite the hotel…

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, where I enjoyed exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and a convenient location, making my stay truly unforgettable.

Nicholas at the reception and check is amazing and very patient plus understanding. I had an issue with the booking and he took extra steps to ensure that I was sorted in a timely manner. From the security and also the cleaners --- :) victor at the restaurant cool guy! The day Manager: Cool too. - checked on us and thanked us for our stay. Highly recommended@

I found the front desk staff to be unprofessional and focused on charging me more than what had been agreed upon. Before my arrival, we had confirmed by email that the airport pickup would cost $35. However, when I checked out, the staff insisted that I pay $40 instead. I spent about 30 minutes discussing the issue with them and showed them the email confirming the agreed price of $35, but they continued to demand $40. This experience was extremely frustrating and left me feeling disappointed with the level of customer service.

I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast menu had a variety but pretty standard. Wish they made more pancakes and waffles too.

Nothing exciting about the Hotel staff, in fact the restaurant staff were not very helpful, they were unwelcoming & pretentious.

Great service all around, Felix and John were super accommodating and helpful! Will be back!!

Very convenient to airport. It is connected to a mall area with shopping and dining, but the hotel restaurant was so good we choose to eat there. In the mall area is a store similar to American Walmart to get things you may have forgotten to pack or snacks for safaris.

Great place to stay that feels like home. Convenient restaurant on premises, walkable to a mall and grocery, laundry services, and the staff are wonderful. Very safe and clean
