There were insects (centipede) in the bathroom/WC and the bathtub faucet was loose. The bath towels were small and thin. The ventilation in the room was very poor so it was very hot and stuffy at night.

Ideal location on outskirts near tram. Clean and functional room. Excellent breakfast. Warm snd welcoming reception.

I had a massive and spreading mold patch in the bathroom

It was very close to the tram to take downtown. No reason to take your vehicle. The bathroom did not have a shower curtain so slippery floor.

They looked after us really well

I must admit the pictures looked better than the actual hotel. My room was fine. It was old but a clean, dry serviceable place to lay your head for the night. The room my brother & his wife was in, not so nice. For a non smoking room, you could tell it was smoked in regularly. Plus the bathtub left a lot to be desired because it was small and could barely stand in it. The staff was very friendly and checking/out was speedy. breakfast was reasonable too.

Perfect place to stay in Strasbourg just on the tram-line. Comfortable, excellent breakfast. Easy to drive to the motel of american type, let the car parked here and use tram D for city center.

The hotel is a couple of miles away from the motorway and a dual carriageway just by the side which makes it impossible having a good sleep. The price of having a meal in the restaurant is over exaggerated, paid £7 for a pint of beer, the rooms are old and looked used and would do with some renovation.

After a very long day, this was great. Evening menu was great, very friendly staff, ample parking.
