No swimming pool. Only one restaurant with limited selections for daily meals. Very expensive parking rates. Rooms space is limited

Great location, within walking distance to everything. Staff always looked sharp and paid attention. The way it functions made us feel safe despite being right in the middle of it all.

Great elevator system! Room was clean, elegant and high tech. Great view. Bar drinks were expensive, but otherwise a great place to stay.

Staying in New York City during the Fourth of July 250th anniversary was great. The room had the best view of the ball dropping and the entire Times Square full of sailors and Soccer World Cup's fans. We didn't expect the huge fee "Urban Destination Charge" that force you to eat at the restaurant there (with a 22% imposed tip plus taxes), or just giving them 40 extra dollars per night (34 + taxes)
