A very well run hotel, very clean and good sized rooms. Breakfast offered a good range of items and staff kept everything topped-up. It is near to transport links but some of the main tourist areas can also be walked to. There is a well stocked bar for an evening drink. We ate dinner at the hotel once and the service and food was good.

Had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!

Great hotel in a quiet part of Prague only about 20 minute walk along the river from the main touristy places like Charles bridge or Astronomical clock. And Vyšehrad is about 5 minutes up the stairs. Well maintained, clean rooms, comfortable bed and helpful staff. The bartenders made perfect negronis as well. Made our stay in Prague very enjoyable.

The reception and wait staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was in a quiet location and the rooms were modern and clean. Despite our room being next to the elevator bank, we never heard them. The breakfast was a great value, delicious, and included in the room cost. We had dinner the first night in the hotel restaurant and it was really good. The hotel was a 15-18 minute tram ride to the Old Town via a couple of different starting locations 5-6 minutes walk from the hotel. The river is 5 minutes away and one could walk 35 minutes to the Old Town along the river. Nearby there were some decent restaurants, and a good ice cream spot near the river. About 8 minutes walk from the hotel was a botanical gardens that were interesting and peaceful.

The Hermitage hotel is the definition of true luxury and hospitality while being comfortable and friendly. It is the true definition for everything great The cleanliness is unmatched by any other hotel i stayed at. The hotel is completely ecologically sound, from electricity to water preservation. The neighborhood is extremely close to many great restaurants and very easily accessible to public transportation and cabs. The staff is extremely friendly, as if they know you from before. If there was any way to accommodate you, they will , and they did accommodate. Their gym is outstanding with plenty of equipment . I now measure any hotel standards to this hotel. I left with one thought, the desire to come back soon to Prague, just to stay at this hotel.
