The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic location at the street level and beautiful views at the sky level. I was able to watch my cruise ship come I to the port from my room.

Great location, less than a mile from the V&A Waterfront, making it easy to walk to the many shops, restaurants, and attractions in the area. The waterfront itself is absolutely gorgeous, with beautiful views and a lively atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the nice walking path leading to the waterfront, which made getting there both convenient and enjoyable. The hop-on hop-off bus stops just outside in front of the hotel, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel was clean and quiet, and the location was excellent. A wonderful place to stay while exploring Cape Town!

Nice hotel, very friendly & helpful. It’s a close walk to waterfront, approx. 1 mile or 1.5 km. Food good,

The location is very convenient, right across from the convention center. The room is a bit small but ok considering the price and location. Maintenance needs a bit of work. The shower door couldn’t completely close. There is always a puddle after even a short shower. The elevator is terrible. The algorithm needs work. During busy morning and afternoon busy times, it takes forever to get back to your room. Breakfast is pretty good. Fresh omelette are made on demand. The sausages are good but very salty. Yoghurt and fresh fruit are great. Recommend it if attending conference at the convention center.

Only stayed one night. The window blind in my room was broken, but otherwise was fine.

The V & E Waterfront is walkable from the hotel, but you do have to be aware of your surroundings.
