Lovely location there was a roach in the room I stayed.

Great

The bed sheets has stained on them that you can’t see with your naked eyes and if you use an ultraviolet light you could see how dirty and stained it is.

Clean room, staff friendly

Everything was clean, staff was nice, parking lot was clean

The hotel was well maintained, clean room, clean, bathroom, and overall in fairly good shape. The AC in the room was a bit noisy rattled quite a bit, but just very minor. Only complaint was Neighbor in room next-door was very loud, with music bumping until 2 AM. At 2:30 doors were slamming, and it was quite annoying.

Room and elevator ordor

I liked this hotel because it was comfortable. The bathroom was clean, and both the bed and bed sheets were well maintained. Breakfast was complimentary, which was a nice touch. However, the receptionist did not welcome us or engage in any basic conversation. He should be trained on how to properly greet and interact with guests. Additionally, his appearance was not professional, and his outfit was not clean.

This was my second time staying at this property and there was a huge stain on the side of the mattress. I said something to the front desk person when I checked out and he tried to say it wasn’t a stain. I included a photo. Maybe I’m wrong.

It smelled the elevator broke down, their was drunks in the hall way being loud
