The beds were terrible, didn’t not like the

Terrible stay! Avoid this place if possible. For the first time ever I encountered bed bugs and had multiple bites! Room and shower was small. The door code didn’t work at 10:30 pm on the second night, so I had to call them. Breakfast was okay. The only good thing was the location. Not worth the price I paid to stay here for 2 nights!

The staff was very friendly. The place is very pretty, the pillows and bedding can be improved, not enough blankets and pillows. We didn't have clean towels for the second day, until we requested them.

My 3 night stay was okay. The solo room was very small, but I expected it to be. The in-room safe was on the floor & tucked away under the small closet,..so had to get down on my hands & knees with a flashlight to open & lock it. This hotel was notified before I arrived that I had bad knees & that I needed help with getting my suitcase up to the second floor which they did. Otherwise, the bed, bathroom, a/c, breakfast, cleanliness all were good.

Very old. No elevator. Road construction outside. Hard to find. Lots of noise. No one to help with luggage. Not recommended.

On arrival from Tram2 a short walk down to the small street to the hotel. Up some stairs in this old building, i would say traditional Italian building. We were greeted by our lovely receptionist who made us most welcome. Our bags taken to our room on the first floor. Dont get me wrong when i say this is basic, i mean it does not have fluffy extras, it does however have clean functional rooms, cleaned everyday, there is a terrace that you can use on the second floor. We were very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, continental breakfast was very good and the most important thing so close to all the main sights and fabulous restaurants just a few minutes walk.

Great place, staff was awesome. She gave us a map and outlined what we should see.
