The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Location was perfect. I liked that they had water coolers on each floor. The room however could do with a fridge too. The room however looked as if it needed a little tlc. The finish just wasn’t as expected having booked a superior room. The room was quite small which may have been ok for a night or two but I would have preferred a little more space for 5 nights. The rooms are also listed as soundproof, they are not. I could hear the guests in the room next door very clearly. I also booked a sea view room which is sadly a very limited sea view. It mostly overlooked the park opposite where an event was happening so it was full of vans which didn’t make for the best view.

Great hotel. Very well located

Great location just a short walk to the beach and shopping areas. A fantastic amount of restaurants nearby which made things easy to find great options for lunch/dinner. Aircon was a boon in the extreme heat when we visited. Could be noisy at night as near to a park which held a festival when we were there but not a real issue.

Amazing stay! Location was perfect!

We stayed here for a week. The bathroom in our room smelled like sewer the whole time. The hotel has a tiny elevator that leads to long wait times and is an inconvenience. The hotel didn't have ramps for carrying luggage (there were 6-7 steps to get to the elevator) and staff didn't offer help to help with the luggage either. The rooms are tiny, if you have to open two suitcases, you cannot walk from one side of the room to the other. The room didn't have refrigerator and iron, there was air conditioning but it was weak.

Room smelled like food from the kitchen. Staff broke into our suitcase and stole a pair of shoes.

I would definitely stay here again! It was clean, stylish, comfortable and smelled amazing!

Excellent helpful staff. Cleaning staff warm and friendly. Superior location. Very nice room.

This is by no means a 4 star hotel. No coffee machine in the bedrroom. Hair dryer didn’t work. No conditioner provided. Bed sheets were bad quality. The elevator was filthy. Really expensive for the type of property. Personnel had good manners, and were nice, but had no idea on recommendations on what to do or visit. The property is VERY conviniently located (few blocks from Old Nice and few blocks from major street shopping and restaurants in new Nice, as well as 1 block away from beach)

Basic hotel, very small rooms but excellent location.
