The hotel is a piece of living history. We did the tour of the hotel and it was amazing. Everything about this hotel was delightful

Hotel is beautiful but overpriced for what it is. Food at Marina Bay Sands was much better and overall service was lacking compared to Shang ri La which had amazing staff. Nice to see but fell short of expectations.

All member of staff in front as well as behind the scene worked superbly to ensure clients had a memorable stay. Every aspect of the hotel is to our satisfaction.

Harpreet (Happy) and Narendra the Sikh doormen were the best part from the second you step foot at the entrance until you depart. Always a warm motherly greeting and friendly fatherly departure. The entire staff and property solidified this experience. The best I have seen anywhere in the world.

Spectacular! What a 5 star hotel should be and much more. No place on earth like it! Every aspect was exceptional.

We had a wonderful short stay at Raffles recently as part of a stopover in Singapore on our way to New Zealand. We travelled as a family with our two small children (ages 2 and 6 months). We were a bit nervous about staying in such a nice hotel with the kids but the staff were extremely accommodating and we were able to check in early so we could all nap after our flight. The suites are easily big enough for a rollaway bed and a cot and Raffles even provides separate children’s bedding, towels and toiletries - it was very impressive and we felt very welcome. We spent the second day by the pool, which is beautiful and immaculately kept. The staff at the pool bar are worth a special mention as they were particularly helpful, nothing was too much trouble and it never felt pretentious. This really is a very special hotel, and we would recommend it to other families.

Fabulous property. Staff all friendly, efficient and effective. Location was great for nearby amenities The property was gorgeous and very comfortable.

Staff were outstanding and the level of service was beyond what we were expecting. Sorry we didn't stay fpr longer.
