Very helpful staff and we got free drinks the night we arrived and free breakfast the next morning. The view out our balcony was of the Acropolis. The location was great and the room was very comfortable and the AC worked well. The worst stairs up one flight, but the staff would carry the suitcases if you could not.

I chose this place for the great decor and central location, and both were exactly what I had hoped for. And you could not ask for better staff, but the bed was so hard that I had to sleep on the sofa (which was actually quite comfortable when not pulled out into a bed). Also, the view from our balcony was quite disappointing. We could kind of see the Acropolis, but we were on the second floor, basically staring at another hotel's sign. I wish I had stayed there. That said, the shower was great, the breakfast was good, servers were friendly (though the service was slow). Still, we loved getting food or drinks at nearly any time of day or night. Loved the handheld steamer. Hated the "hold the button to dry" hairdryer with a super short cord. I have LONG hair. Doors stick, and the first flight of stairs are steep. But the staff will carry anything you need, and there was even one of those chair elevators for people with mobility issues. They REALLY need a bigger sign. We (and our cab driver who was wheeling our luggage) walked by it at least five times. The front door was quirky and required two hands to unlock and operate, which was a hassle if you had anything in your hands. PROS: cute decor, super clean, friendly staff, good food, fabulous location, good shower CONS: hardest bed ever, obstructed view, poorly functioning doors that require you to get staff assistance regularly, difficult to find the first time due to nonexistent sign, irritating hairdryer

I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Athens! There is staff available 24/7 which was incredibly helpful. Every staff member we encountered was approachable, accommodating and welcoming. The place is conveniently steps from numerous restaurants and stores. Very easy to navigate around the city. The rooms were clean and spacious. The AC worked great as well. The highlight of this place would be the rooftop! The hotel has its own rooftop area with tables and chairs, wonderful area to enjoy a snack or drink; while soaking in the view of the Parthenon, beautiful church and city. My boyfriend and I were grateful to have started off our trip at this place. Thank you!

The door was between two restaurants that took you to the second floor above them. The receptionists were nice and provided a 15% discount to their restaurants below. It was in a central area next to lots of places to eat, shop and sightsee. The top floor was a nice eating area that showed the city. The room itself was decent, however the shower did not have any way of retaining water. Due to this, after about 10 minutes of showering the water was already reaching the door of the main room and almost seeping out. The hair dryer also almost caught fire when turning on. The room was mostly clean, however there were telltale signs it was not thoroughly cleaned. Overall, for the few hours we stayed in it the room was passable, but not the best.

The hotel was clean and within walking distance of the Parthenon. You can actually see the Parthenon right from outside of the hotel. However, the bed was kind of hard. Also, it’s probably better for a younger crowd because there’s a lot of nightlife there. The staff was very gracious and helpful.

The hotel was perfect all around. The staff were the nicest, especially Ria. They helped us organize all our transportation, and the location is very good, as it was close to basically everything and was in a safe environment. The breakfast downstairs was delicious, and is included if staying at the hotel, while the lunch/dinner is 15% off as well. Definitely will return to this hotel!

Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip! The staff went over board to ensure we had a spectacular time in Athens. Highly recommend getting the breakfast. The restaurant was sooo good! And the location cannot be beat!

I have mobility issues and NO-WHERE in Expedia ( for booking the hotel) was any mention that you MUST be able to climb 2 stories to get to elevators !!!!!! They did have a chair lift but was not working 4 out of 5 times I tried to use it. Expedia: shame on you!!!! You hide that on purpose to sell bookings The hotel was good if you can climb to get in and out of your room. Staff were nice and did their best to help If you are young and dont have any mobility issues then I would recommend the hotel.

Fantastic,. Only real issue is finding the entrance above the restaurant. Signage is just a plaque on the wall. The hotel is fantastic. Balcony is great.
